Details: This project involved the construction of 24 social houses at a green-field site at Corofin, Co. Clare. It incorporated 20 semi-detached two storey houses and 4 semi-detatched bungalows.
It also incorporated all the associated site-works including drainage, roads, walls, ducting, etc. The houses were finished to a high standard with features including black upvc windows & doors, limestone cills and surrounds, Rivendale slates, and solar panels.
