The project involves the drilling of geothermal boreholes in an open area, the Installation of trenches and pipework from the bore holes to the Alice Perry Plant room and from there to the existing district heating pipes. M&E works inside and on the roof of the Alice Perry building as well as M&E works inside the Kingfisher building to heat the Kingfisher Leisure Centre swimming pool.
